About Us

Home, James!® Real Estate, Inc. is the franchisor that owns and licenses the Home, James!® brand, trademarks, and The Home, James!® System to franchisees and affiliates. The Home, James!® Global Real Estate Network is a strategic alliance of franchise and affiliate real estate-related service professionals in local markets around the world.

The Home, James!® System

The Home, James!® System mitigates the risk that any deal will fall apart before it closes by efficiently compressing the real estate transaction timeline to mere hours rather than the weeks or even months required by outdated traditional methods.
